We are a mental health care provider. We provide services to Medicaid recipients that suffer from mental illness. We link them to services in the community, advocate, coordinate, and monitor services. We services adults and children ages 4 through 99+ years old.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 1st-year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (SL + clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Vehicle required for client meetings. No travel reimbursement or stipend available.
Due to COVID-19, client visits are limited (one initial visit to meet client and get consent signed, and a monthly wellness check visit). 
Liability insurance required.  
Agency hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM. Saturday, 9:00AM-12PM.  The case managers have flexibility when working on the field and with the client.  The student will be able to schedule meeting with clients based on student and client availability.  Training will be available to student as well as supervision.
