Aspiranet provides prevention, intervention, and treatment services that are child-centered, trauma-informed, family-focused, and strength-based.
Using our core values of Respect, Integrity, Courage and Hope as the basis of all our services, it is our goal to keep children in families, and to help families strengthen their protective factors so families can be safe and thrive.
Aspiranet provides services across California within 6 Divisions, 4 of which are offered through our Ventura County office. Programs include Behavioral Health (adult and child therapy programs),
Intensive Home Based Services (TBS and COEDS – a school driven service which focus on behavioral skills for children and their families, Resource Family (Foster Care, Intensive Treatment Foster Care and Adoption) and Transitional Age Foster Care (supporting foster youth as they move into adulthood).
Clients’ ages range from 0-5 to adult.
Our Behavioral Health therapy programs offer individual as well as family and couple sessions including case management.
All services offered require our staff to be resilient, willing, skilled, flexible, and successful when working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Our staff coordinates and often provides simultaneous services to families across our own continuum of services as well as with other community providers to develop and maintain mutual goal-driven interventions and supportive resources for children and families in alignment with California’s Continuum of Care Reform and the Core Practice Model.

Accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (SL + clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Transportation required. Travel reimbursement available. Vehicle insurance required.
Liability insurance required.
Video-/Audio-taping permitted with funder approval and client consent. Supervisor observation permitted.
Agency hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday. Services provided based on client need. Staff must arrange schedule accordingly.
