Barron County Department of Health and Human Services is a governmental social services agency which provides mental health, addiction child protection juvenile justice adult protection, children’s long-term support, and economic support service. The role of the social worker in this department related to all of the above-mentioned areas of concern. We serve people from the ages of birth to death that are in need of services they may not otherwise be able to access.
