Inpatient psychiatric stabilization- hospital setting.  We serve both pediatric and adult aged patients.  The average length of stay is 3-5 days.  Social Work Interns observe multi-disciplinary treatment teams, individual sessions, family meetings, group therapy, and other patients/family interactions.

Special Placements Information

MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Students, (clinical), part-time MSW.  Audio is permitted with patients who are no longer under the FL Baker Act there is, unfortunately, no stipend available.  Weekend hours available once trained with core staff on the week-day.  Evening hours not available, no travel reimbursement.
