Our licensed & experienced therapists utilize several therapeutic techniques in order to treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral, non-judgmental space to address your concerns. We also specialize in neurofeedback, which allows you to train your brain to react to real-time information about its energy levels and operate more efficiently. Our therapists can also utilize Interactive Metronome, an evidence-based training and assessment tool which has been shown to improve cognition, attention, focus, memory, and other motor & sensory skills.
