BriteLife Recovery is an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility working with adults starting at age 18. Social workers work as part of an interdisciplinary team of therapists, case management and medical staff, assisting clients in working through past traumatic situations, learning needed coping skills and addressing challenges at home with family. Social workers assist by facilitating individual and group sessions, managing individual client as a case manager, and assisting in discharge planning, Therapists conduct an initial evaluation that allows us to determine client’s addiction, condition, and type of treatment required. Each client meets regularly with the various members of their treatment team, not only for therapy and other activities but also as part of our ongoing evaluation process. This enables our team to gauge progress and make any necessary adjustments to the program along the way.
