The Children's Home of Jefferson County offers a wide variety of services, including outpatient mental health, adult and childcare coordination services, therapeutic foster care services and a therapeutic respite service. The age range of consumer populations range from birth to elderly individuals.  Along with these services, CHJC employs over 150 employees and is the largest non- profit agency in Jefferson County.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing, (Clinical). The students hours are based upon the program they intern in and the demands of the program.  The agency is accessible by public transportation although the public transportation is limited in Watertown, New York.  Student will not need transportation in their internship and will be with a staff member if transportation is required for business reasons.
