CHN established Kinship Navigation Program to offer much - needed support to relatives and non-relatives Who become caregivers to children when parents are unable or unwilling to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Services include, in home visits, advocacy, caregiver support, recreational activities, bi-lingual services and support.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting BSW Full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students, Part-time BSW, Part-time MSW. 
 Student will need their own vehicle. Students need liability insurance. CHN does not provide transportation. Stipend is unavailable. Video and audio taping is not permitted as everything is confidential. Agency hours vary as we have services offered after 5:00pm.
Weekly hours in field placement increase during the summer semester.
