Children’s Home Society of Florida, a 501© 3 non profit, serves Children and Families throughout Florida. CHS offers internships in various programs including: child welfare, clinical counseling, prevention, residential care, early intervention and foster home/adoption. CHS works with children who have suffered trauma or great risk of abuse. Our strategic goal is to break cycles of inter-generational child abuse. We have been serving Florida’s children and Families since 1902. With over 90 offices and 2000 staff statewide we offer excellent experiential learning opportunities to interns and recognize the value this adds to our programs and services.
