We are a waiver support coordination agency and work under the Agency and work under the agency for people with disabilities.  We oversee and authorize all of the services that the client receives.  We work and are available to our clients 24/7.  We conduct a monthly meeting to visit our clients in their places of residence and attend school meetings, and sometimes court hearings.  The agency serves Floridians with autism, cerebral palsy, spina bi-fida, intellectual disabilities Down syndrome, Phelan – McDermid syndrome, and pradervillie syndrome.

Special placement information:
Accepting BSW students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Transportation required.
Video-/Audio-taping not permitted.
Intern must pass a level 2 background screening.
Agency hours: 24/7. Will try to keep intern with regular 9:00AM-5:00PM hours, but in an event of an emergency they will have to work weekend and nights.
