A private group Mental Health practice that provides Mental Health treatment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. 
We are a contracted vendor for Lake and Polk Co. schools for in-school therapy. We provide Mental Health treatment, therapeutic visitations, and family therapy for the Foster Care System. FLCC also has music group therapy and action sports therapy. FLCC has offices inside of three different churches, as well as three professional office buildings. We serve children as young as two-years old. We serve children 2-18 years old in the public schools, as well as the foster care system.

Special placement information:
Accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students.  Full-time and part-time positions available.  
Transportation required.
Laptop/tablet device to to have access to electronic health records required. 
Liability insurance required. 
Agency hours: 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday. 
Video-/Audio-taping permitted with school consent.
