It is the mission of the Florida State University Panama City Counseling Center (FSU PC CC) to provide the resources and support needed to enhance the academic experience of our students while promoting healthy personal development through provision of supportive counseling, brief psychotherapy, skill enhancement, and preventative outreach services. This is to be accomplished within the parameters of a humanistic philosophy which honors and adheres to the individual student's right to be treated with dignity and respect.
FSU PC CC provides Mental Health services to currently enrolled and fee paying Florida State University (FSU) and Gulf Coast State College (GCSC) students. Non-eligible persons may receive services if they attend couples counseling with and upon the request of an eligible FSU or GCSC student. Clients may range in age from 17 to 60+ years of age but the majority of students are in their early twenties.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Agency hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Thursday. 8:00AM-4:00PM, Fridays.
Liability insurance required.
Agency accessibly by public transit.
