Hospice Care provider for terminally ill patients.  Patients are generally over the age of 50, but at times we may have some younger.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting BSW Full time, MSW 1st year students.  Student will need transportation, valid driver's license, auto insurance, TB test, background check, drug test and fingerprinting.  (We pay for all of this).  There is no travel reimbursement or stipend available.  Student does not need liability insurance.  Video and audio taping is not permitted since it would be a HIPAA breach.  Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday.  Students can visit patient at night and on weekends.
