Hazelden offers multiple levels of addiction treatment programs and services.
Patients generally start their recovery in residential services and seamlessly move to outpatient services when they’re ready. Patients can live in condos at the center where they find the structure and support needed to heal from addiction.
We are a community-based treatment model, which allows patients to practice newly gained sober living skills within the safety and structure of a supportive community.
Drug addiction treatment, at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, combines evidence-based practices with the latest research on substance use disorders. twelve-step principles, and personalized planning-always leading with expertise, compassion, and respect.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 1st-year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Transportation required. Travel reimbursement not available.

Agency hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday, Thursday, Friday. 8:00AM-3:00PM, Tuesday and Wednesday. 8:00AM-4:30PM, Saturday.
