Our mission is to provide patients and their families with the highest quality of care focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of Life to those who are nearing the end of life’s journey.  We serve any age but primarily the elderly population; social work is a vital support for psycho-social needs, and emotional and resource support and access. Social work is vital to meeting our patients needs and providing peace.  

Special Placement Information:

Agency accepts BSW Full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing, (Social Leadership) (Clinical) Part-time BSW Part-time MSW.  Students will need independent reliable transportation and proof of license and insurance.  Students must submit to and pass drug screen and background screening there is no financial reimbursement.  Students do need liability insurance; video and audio is not permitted without release.  Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm weekends and nights are not generally available.
