Kristel Klear Counseling is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and social services to individuals and families in need. Our primary function is to offer therapeutic counseling, support, and advocacy to promote mental well-being and resilience. We aim to empower our clients through evidence-based practices, personalized care, and community resources.
Population Served:
We serve a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients come from various socioeconomic backgrounds and face a range of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Age Ranges of Clients:
Our services are tailored to meet the needs of individuals across the lifespan. We provide specialized programs for:

•    Children (ages 6-12)
•    Adolescents (ages 13-18)
•    Adults (ages 19 and above)
•    Families of all configurations

Role of Social Work:

Social work is integral to the services offered at Kristel Klear Counseling. Our licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) play a critical role in:

•        Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs and strengths of each client.
•    Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address mental health issues, emotional well-being, and social challenges.
•    Providing therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling, to support clients in achieving their goals.
•        Advocating for clients' access to resources and services, including healthcare, housing, education, and employment opportunities.
•    Collaborating with other professionals and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
•        Educating clients and their families about coping strategies, mental health awareness, and self-advocacy.

Through these efforts, Kristel Klear Counseling strives to foster a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency accepts BSW Full time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students, Part-time BSW and Part time MSW. 
 Students will need transportation, the agency does not reimburse travel, students need liability insurance, video or audio taping are not permitted, the agency's hours are Monday -Saturday 10:00am -10:00pm weekends and evening hours available for working students.
