Love Columbia serves any Columbia, Missouri resident seeking to gain stability in areas of finances, housing, employment or to achieve life goals to improve their situation.
We primarily serve low-income individuals and families. Our services focus on adults, with majority of our clients being single mothers. The average age of clients is 40 and we serve an ethnically diverse population. 
Social Workers provide assessment, case management, and life skills coaching services.

Intern job description:
Biopsychosocial assessments, action planning, goal setting, case management, coaching (housing, financial, employment), and research (best practices and using our data).

Special placement information:
Accepting part-time MSW students. 
Agency hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM, weekdays. 
Agency accessibly by public transit. 
COVID-19 vaccination not required. 
Liability insurance not required.
Stipend not available.
Travel not required.
Video-/Audio-taping permitted with client permission.
