Mt. Carmel VSC serves all military, veterans, and their families. We offer services in an array of fields, primarily in regard to transition, employment, veteran benefits, behavioral health counseling, and non-clinical case management for resource and financial assistance. We serve the entire military population regardless of age, race, gender, era served, branch served, discharge status, etc.
