Adult Residential Treatment Men’s Program and Short-Term Residential Treatment Operation PAR provides residential substance abuse treatment for adults based on their individual clinical needs. Individuals may take part in a menu of services, including screening and diagnostic assessment, drug screen monitoring, individual counseling, group counseling, psycho-educational groups, life skills education, mental health counseling, case management, vocational enhancement and continuing care programming. Evidence-based programming is at the core of treatment services. Operation PAR receives referrals from individuals, court, DUI education providers, legal counsel, and private insurance companies.
The Academy is residential treatment facility for adolescents from age 13-17 with substance abuse problems. Clients complete assessment and treatment plan within first 2 weeks. Treatment plans are reviewed monthly. Clients work through the program by moving through Stages. Clients have weekly 1:1 sessions and family sessions with their primary counselors. Clients also attend various process groups during the week including Seeking Safety, Anger Management and Art Therapy. Clients have chance to earn credits in school via Educational Alternatives Program; part of the Pinellas County School system. Clients have weekly in house NA/AA meetings. Some clients may have co-occurring mental health diagnosis such as Depression, ADHD and PTSD. For those clients needing medication management, the Psychiatrist is able to assess and prescribed medication.
PAR Village
PAR Village is a nationally acclaimed residential program providing gender specific service for primary SUD/Co-Occurring females as well as pregnant and postpartum primary SUD/Co-Occurring with their children. Women may reunite with their children when the treatment team determines that the mother is stable and that it is appropriate to have the child join the mother in treatment. Services include substance abuse psychoeducational groups and process groups, life skills, parenting classes, relapse prevention, random drug screens, case management, vocational and educational services, coordination with local child welfare agencies and aftercare. According to the 1997 report, Implementing Welfare Reform: Solutions to the Substance Abuse Problem, published by Children and Family Futures and Drug Strategies, PAR Village is an effective welfare reform model that should be replicated nationwide. PAR Village began in 1989 as one of NIDA’s Perinatal 20 projects. It expanded in 1992 with federal funding from CSAT. Florida Department of Children and Families SunCoast Region/Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, client fees and other third parties fund the program.

Students go through the same onboarding process as employees, liability insurance recommended, audio taping permitted. Drug Screen and background check-has to pay for background screen. Hours and days for students can be flexible, residential services are 7 days a week hours would be between normal workday hours.
