Primary function of the Ormond Beach Police Department is to keep all citizens in Ormond Brach safe.  The City of Ormond Breach is approximately 42,800 citizens.  We serve every age group. The mission of the Ormond Beach Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in our community and protect our citizens from through the provision of effective, efficient and responsive Police Services.  The direction as an agency will be determined in large measure through input from the community we serve.

Special Placement Information

BSW full-time, MSW 1st year student, Part time MSW, Part time MSW, Any hours the student would like to work is fine.  Student will need transportation, there is no reimbursement by the agency.  Video and audio taping is only permitted if permission is given.  The agency hours are 8-6, Monday through Friday.  Student would only be only be allowed to go on a call out with ether Victim Advocate.  There is a bus stop right at the station.  My hours is 8-4, M-F.  I am on call 24/7.
