We are a group private practice comprised of LCSW's, LMHC's and registered interns pursuing licensure.  The practice is owned by an LCSW.  We provide mental health counseling to children (Youngest age 4), teens, adults, couples  and families.
1. Complete all necessary training including HIPAA, Fraud, Wastes Abuse, and training regarding general office policies, and use of our EHR system.  
2. Provide Counseling to assigned  clients -chosen in conjunction with intern and their supervisor.
3.  Complete written documentation of sessions, using SOAP note format create treatment plans and goals in conjunction with clients & consultation with a supervisor.  
4.Formulate a plan for a group counseling experience, and offer group to appropriate clients.  Co lead with their supervisor or other licensed staff.  

Special Placement Information:

Agency is accepting Part-time BSW, Part-time MSW.  No travel needed -end of internship stipend will be made available to student.  Students must be covered by Liability insurance and provide a level 2 background screening results.  Evening and Saturday hours are available.  Bus stop is within a 1/4 mile of office, and COVID vaccinations are not required.  Students can be accepted based on office space availability-space can be fill at times.
