Five Palms is a Mental Health and substance misuse treatment center providing residential and partial hospitalization level of care. Serving adults ages 19+. Five Palms is a true dual diagnoses working with clients with complex trauma, PTSD, substance misuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and schizophrenia.
Master's prepared Social Workers serve as group facilitators for evidence-based groups - CBT, DBT, ACT, expressive therapies, and individual therapy. MSWs complete biopsychosocial assessments. BSWs will have opportunities to work with patient orientations, case management, and resource development.

Special placement information:
Agency accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/advanced standing (social leadership) students. Full- and part-time positions available.

Agency hours: 24/7. Evening and weekend hours available.
Per contract liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 inaggregate.
