Rainbow provides supportive services for survivors of intimate partner violence and their children. 
We provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, legal services, case management, and counseling. We also conduct community education and outreach.
We work with survivors of all ages (including children), genders, nationalities, races, abilities, etc.
Most of our staff is bilingual (English and Spanish).
Intern job description:
We accept students for direct practice and macro placements.
Direct practice students learn to conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create treatment plans, and practice interventions. They are given a caseload and opportunities for support group facilitation.
Macro students learn and support with research, advocacy, and policy development.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 1st-year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. 
40 hours DV training and live scan required.
Current placements are hybrid: in-office and home.
Equipment, such as a computer, provided.
Travel reimbursement not available. Transporting participants not expected or required.
Agency hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday. Evening hours for support group.
COVID-19 vaccination encouraged. Weekly testing required if not vaccinated.
