Students will complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans. They will have opportunities to provide individual, family, and
group psychotherapy. They will attend weekly and group supervision. Students will Fl where they will have the opportunity to observe case presentations from scenario staff and participate in training on a variety of topics. Students will also have the opportunity to present their clinical cases. Group supervision and clinical team meetings are on Fridays from 9:30 am - 12 pm. Attendance is mandatory unless they have a specific class scheduled at this time. Students must also work in the clinic for at least one night per week. All services including those via telehealth) are provided by the clinic.
Student Placement Information:
The Agency accepts Part-time MSWs. Stipends are dependent on fiscal budget and availability. The student will need to provide their transportation to secure campus. The agency does not reimburse travel. Video/audio taping may be permitted, dependent on the comfort level of the client being served. Students are required to work in the clinic for a minimum of one evening per week. No weekend hours are available. The agency's hours are
Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Fridays 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. There are extended evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 8:00 pm.
Students' schools will need to provide liability insurance of $1 million/$3 million.
