Center for Family Services of PBC, Inc is a nonprofit community mental health organization that provides behavioral health and mental health services to individuals and families within Palm Beach County. Center for Family Services has eight programs that span the lifespan Ranging from prenatal to the elderly. Center for Family Services provides internships primarily within our four programs that focus on recovery, mental health, and behavioral health for those aged 3-103 years of age, and individuals impacted by trauma. Services are provided in person in our office, and via telehealth. We provide services in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese. Center for Family Services provides services to those who are predominantly uninsured
or underinsured. Our focus is on providing clinical excellence, and offering numerous training opportunities. Center for Family Services also holds a culture of self-care hosting various team-building events and an internal positive action committee.
Special Information:
The agency is accepting BSW Full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing, Part-time MSW, and Part-time BSW. CFS' provides liability insurance. CFS' is open Monday and Wednesday 8:30 am- 8:00 pm; Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 am-6:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am-4:00pm. The offices are accessible via bus. Some travel may be required for training or other outreach events. Video tapping is permitted at the discretion of the clients and with certain parameters.
