The Florida Network is a non for profit state – wide association representing 29 agencies that serve homeless, runaway and troubled youth ages 6 and older and their families. Our services include advocacy for youth, public policy development, public education, data collection and research, and training and technical assistance.
Special Information:
The Florida Network of Youth and Family Services are accepting BSW, MSW 1st year students and MSE 2nd year and Advanced Standing Students for social leadership preferences only. They are offering full –time hours. The Network is located just 5 minutes from the nearest public transportation route and is open Monday – Friday 9am 5pm. Due to occasional statewide trainings and meetings with association members there are optional opportunities for travel that can be reimbursed by the agency. Agency does not require inters to have liability insurance and video or audio taping may be permitted depending on the nature of what is being recorded or taped.
