The responsibility of FSU Emergency Management is to ensure that Florida State University is prepared to respond to, recover from, and mitigate against the effects of a wide variety of disasters that could adversely affect the health, safety, and/or general welfare of its student’s faculty, staff, visitors, and families.

Accepting MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (social leadership) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
FSU Emergency Managements office is located on campus at the stadium.
There is student-parking near by. Agency accessible by public transit. Travel reimbursement not available.
Stipend not available.
Video-/Audio-taping permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Agency hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday. Weekend and evening hours not available unless there is an emergency activation. In which case the intern would have the option of working during the activation.
