Provides primary and mental health care to pediatric and adult patients.  AFHC is a rural health clinic that serves the underserved population of Archer, FL and surrounding areas.  The social worker in the agency provides brief interventions long term therapy to patients age 5-99.  Case management is offered to patients based on needs.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 1st year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available. 
Transportation required. Stipend not available.

Video-/audio-taping not permitted.
Agency hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.
