Twelve Oaks has offered Substance Abuse Treatment for over 30 years in Navarre FL. Our typical model is 30 days. In 2019, licensure for Primary Mental Health was added and we now offer 30-45 days of treating non-acute mental health disorders. We serve adult residents, 18 years or older. Our program offers 24/7 Detox service and medically assisted treatment (MAT), Therapy by a masters level mental health counselor, case management, and discharge planning. Our therapy modalties include Group, Individual sessions, EMDR, and experiential therapy. Our therapists' approach is generally CBT/DBT and person centered but the approach is left to the individual counselor. Twelve Oaks' Medical Director is board certified in Addiction Medicine and we have a Psychiatrist for our Mental Health Patients.

Accepting BSW students. Full-time positions only. Also accepting MSW 1st-year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.

Agency hours: 8AM-5PM. Evening hours not available, but agency is flexible about what days are worked.
Stipend not available, but agency does cover cost of on-boarding to include background checks, drug screens, and orientation costs the facility deems necessary. Located on the beautiful Navarre sound, the campus has a college feel to it and many of our current clinical staff are past interns who stayed on.
