Brightstone Transitions is an individualized young adult transitional program.  We are a community-integrated, coaching, and mentoring model offering support for neurodiverse young men and women ages 18-30.  Our motto independence through application allows each client to gain and apply the necessary skills and social acuity in real-time through and individualized personal growth plan based on their level of need.

Special placement information:
Accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (social leadership) students. Full- and part-time positions available. 
Agency hours: 24/7. Weekend and evening hours are available.
Transportation required. Transportation not available.
The possibility of completing the internship as a staff mentor is available, but no stipend is available.  
Video-/Audio-taping permitted with approval client and staff being recorded.
