Our Division’s mission is to provide assistance to individuals and families in achieving economic and social stability”.  Our vision is A cohesive community where residents are self-sufficient’.  To achieve tis we have four Family Success Centers throughout the County (Northwest, North, Central, and South) and three Programs (Community action, Homeless Outreach Program, and Financial Capability Program) dedicated to homeless prevention, rapid rehousing, short term and long-term case management, financial literacy, maintaining utility services connected, and strong customer advocacy.  Our Division also partners with other Departments within the County and other agencies in the community to provide wraparound services to our customers.  We serve all ages.  Must of our services are situational and not income based.  We have access to different funds sources.

Special Information Placement:

BSW full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advance Standing, (Social Policy and Administration) (clinical) USPP requires students to be full time students and commit to 2 consecutive semesters (approx. 6 months).  Students must provide their own transportation.  No travel reimbursement.  No stipend.  No liability insurance required.  No video or audio taping permitted.  Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.  Bus stop in front of main entrance to building.  We are currently not seeing customers in our offices.  All screenings and intakes are done by phone and emails.  We do have curbside drop off of documents for those customers with limited access to technology.
