Building Bridges Foster Family Agency is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed by the state of California and facilitates foster care homes throughout the Los Angeles County. We are a foster family agency providing services and treatment for abuse and
neglected children while reunification services with their families are being explored and or completed. We serve children and youth from ages 0-18.
Our mission is to promote, support, enhance and strengthen the development of children's well-being while providing safety and permanency. Our goal is to ensure the children under our care are provided with a continuity of care, nurturance and services that will meet their individualized needs and those of their families.
 

Special Placement Information:

The agency is accepting MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Students, Part-time MSW, Students will be required to have a vehicles to assist in case management and shadowing. Mileage is reimbursed. There is no stipend available. Students will be required to complete the HR requirements such as background check and TB testing (which comes out of pocket for the student). Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
