Holmes District Schools provides education services to children in Holmes County, FL from Pre-K through High School Graduation. The mental health department has 4 employees that work with all the schools within the district.  Weekly hours in field placement increase during the summer semester.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting BSW Full-time, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students, (Clinical).  Holmes District schools has 7 schools, and the intern will have the opportunity to work with the mental health professionals at all schools. Travel compensation to the location of work each day is not provided. This internship does not have a stiped. The work week is Monday - Friday Time off includes federal holidays and other school breaks listed on the school calendar.  A workday is 7.5 hours, from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Federal and school holidays need to be considered to ensure the total number of internship hours are accomplished.
