Juno counseling and Wellness is a group practice serving the communities of Northern Palm Beach County.  We provide therapy to a wide population including children ages 3-18, complex trauma, co-parenting therapy, divorce, anxiety disorders, ADHD, female and male sexual dysfunction, autism, eating disorders, aging populations, BIPOC issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, and life transitions.  The practice primarily focuses on Psychotherapy, wellness, psychoeducation, and community outreach.  

Special Placement Information:

Agency is accepting MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students, (Clinical) Part-time MSW.  Would prefer a BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ to fill the need of client requests.  Due to the area the practice is located the student would need transportation, there is a bus stop located close the practice.  travel will not be needed outside of the practice, but reimbursement can be discussed if needed.  Stipends are not available, and students do not need their own liability insurance if it is provided by the institution.  Video and audio taping is permitted if student receives consent form client.  The practice hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  Saturday schedule is based off agency contact availability.  This field placement would be great for any students interested in entrepreneurship and learning and applying your social work skills to the business side of the growing mental health care industry.
