Lakeview Health is a gender-responsive substance use treatment program that treats clients 18 years of age and older. We are a dual diagnosis program treating both substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The role of the social worker in our program is to conduct intake assessments, individual and family sessions, and group therapy.  We also recently opened Koru Spring, an eating disorder program that treats women 18 years of age and older with a variety of eating disorders. It is also a dual diagnosis program treating both eating disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.

The Agency is accepting MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students, Part-time BSW, and Part-time MSW.  Our agency is open 24/7 and can have interns on-site and supervised from 7:00 am-11:00 pm 7 days a week. Our agency does not provide transportation or have any stipends available. We are accessible via Jacksonville Transportation Authority.
