S.H.A.R.E. House is a non for profit organization, our mission is to provide crisis intervent and continuum of care to address the causes and effects of Domestic Violence.  We serve all populations.  Social workers employed by this agency serve in multiple roles:  Legal advocates, Case managers, Child Advocates, housing Coordinator, Outreach coordinators, etc.

Special Information Placement

MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Students, (Social Policy and Administration), Part-time BSW, Part-time MSW.  The student is advised to have their own transportation.  Rarely is there a need for a student to need or request travel reimbursement but should the need arise the agency will provide.  We did not have stipends. It is wise for students to have in.  We do conduct business during regular business hours at our admin office however, our shelter is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
