The Eagle Connections Program is a post-secondary transition program for students who experience significant intellectual disabilities. The mission of the EAGLE Connections program at Tallahassee Community College is to provide a course of study that includes career exploration, work experience, and social activities while empowering young adults with significant cognitive disabilities to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to become independent and productive citizens.
