TGH provides medical care to West Central Florida residents from neonatal to the elderly.  Social Work, under the Case Management Department, provides the discharge planning service to arrange care and services through the continuum of medical care.

Special Information: 

BSW and MSW students.  Social work is provided 7 days a week from 7 am to 11 pm including holidays.  Students provide their liability insurance.  Students park off site and are provided shuttle service to the main campus.  There is no financial reimbursement.
