The Bair Foundation is a faith based therapeutic foster care agency serving children ages 0-21.  TBF provides case management and teaches FP therapeutic intentions to assist children in foster care in meeting their treatment goals.  Lead clinical staff (case managers) assess safety and teach FP's clinical interventions during face to face home visits.  They complete billable documentation and provide support by phone as well. 

Special Information

Case managers do visits in the foster home so some travel maybe required.  TBF will reimburse for mileage as long as a proper expense report is submitted timely.  Hours are typically 8:30-4:30 but we provide on call crisis support 24/7.
