Avalon Treatment Centers LLS is an Outpatient Drug/Alcohol Treatment Program. We service offenders for the Department of Corrections, North Florida Safety Counci running group counseling sessions throughout the week. We serve Leon County and all other counties within Florida. We have a contract with the Department of Corrections to provide treatment services for probation clients. We provide services for people ag 18-years old and older. We provide anger management, anti-theft, and Batterers Intervention Program (BIP).

This agency accepts MSW 1st year and advanced standing/second year clinical students only. Full- and part-time positions available. Interns may be required to do interviews at the Leon County Jail. Interns will require DCF trainings for HIV/AIDS, HIPPA, ethics, and sexual harassment. Interns will learn how the scope of our practice runs from intakes and group sessions to administrative duties.
