Clay Behavioral Health Center is dedicated to improving the quality of life for Clay County residents by providing affordable mental health and substance abuse services through a comprehensive community-based approach to care .CBHC offers programs serving all ages including school-based services emergency services, adult crisis , case management, outpatient counseling, med management; substance abuse individual and group counseling, drug court; psychosocial rehabilitations, and dual diagnosis chemical dependency services.

MSW 1st & 2nd Year Full and Part Time Clinical. CBHC has several locations including 3292 CB 220 Middleburg, FL .;Knight Box Rd , Orange Park, FL; Green Cove Springs and Keystone Heights Resource Centers Students will need transportation; travel will be reimbursed, a stipend is not current available, students are required to purchase their own liability insurance, video and/or audio taping is not permitted; sites are not accessible by bus.  Hours of operations: M-F 8am to 8pm, some Saturdays.
