The Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) is a cabinet level agency responsible for the administration of key program lines (concerning children, youth and families). More specifically, DCYF administers Child Welfare, Early Learning, and Juvenile Rehabilitation programs. DCYF operates these systems on a statewide level.
