Touchstone is a non-profit community based social service agency, we have been providing services to Richmond and nearby areas since 1983.  Our outstanding services are internationally recognized by the commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  The Association has also been awarded the Richmond Chamber 2005 Annual Awards of Excellence Community Champion.  There are all due to our incredible commitment, dedication and leadership to preserve and enhance family life.  Our mission is to strengthen the social health and independence of families and children through effective intervention and support services.
