The Center for Health Equity and Quality Research (CHEQR) is an important research resource for UF & Shands Jacksonville.  The mission of CHEQR is to conduct applied research on clinical care and health disparities among populations served by UF & Shands in Jacksonville.  CHEQR is built on the principals of 1) Optimal ealth for all individuals and the elimination of health disparities and 2) Promoting change through quality research and education.  The role of social work at CHEQR is the macro level by conducting program evaluation of a child mental health system of care cooperative agreement (SAMHSA-funded)

Special Information:
MSW 1 &2nd Year & Advanced Standing; Socal Policy. Full time and Part time.  Students will need transportation.  Travel related to any longitudinal study interviews conducted by the student will be reimbursed.  No stipend is available.  No liability insurance is required.  CHEQR is open during business hours, Mon-Fri and is accessible by bus.
