Joseph House seeks to build a community based on truth and reconciliation and to serve those harmed by mass incarceration.  
Joseph House provides housing and basic necessities to men recently released from prison.  
We also provide paid dignified work individually, group trauma treatment, life skills development, and opportunities to share their stories with the Tallahassee community.  
Joseph House also provides services to the larger Tallahassee Community by offering opportunities to build relationships with formerly incarcerated people and learn about mass incarcerator and the history of racial injustice in Tallahassee.  
Joseph House is a mission of the Catholic Church but serves all regardless of religion, seeking to restore human dignity and welcome all into a community committed to peace and justice.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full-time positions only.
Transportation required. Travel reimbursement available.
Liability insurance not required, but recommended.
Video-/Audio-taping not permitted. 
Agency hours: 24/7. Students only expected to attend 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, however, schedule is flexible.
