UpHealth Behavioral is a division of UpHealth, Inc. there currently are 4 facilities providing Mental Health and Substance Addition treatment at all levels of inpatient and outpatient care to clients age 18 and older.  Transformations mending fences is a residential mental health community located in Ocala, Florida South Florida has three communities:  Summit (Detox and MH/SA Residential; Transformations Treatment Center PHP and IOP and Outpatient MH/SA and Olympus Recovery Addictions PHP Treatment.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical students, (Clinical) Part-time MSW.  MSW students preferred depending on student experience, skills in the field or in recovery. The company provides supervision onsite.  Depending on assignments student schedules may be more flexible because of the range and levels of programming, t here are many opportunities to work with veterans and First responders all ages and backgrounds.  Tasks will include observations, learning to do assessments, lead groups and be a member of an interdisciplinary team.
