The Columbus Organization provides case management to children and adults on the Medicaid Waiver or the CDC Waiver.  As social workers we responsible for the coordination of supports and services for the clients assigned to.  the population we serve are clients eligible through the Agency for Disabilities.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting BSW Full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students. Students will need to have transportation, we do not pay for travel, and there is no need for any hours can be available based on the student's needs.
